Organic Walnuts and Farm Produced Walnuts

A walnut is an edible nut often encased in a smooth green husk and mainly grown in California, France and Italy. These organic nuts have been specially selected by Potash Farm for quality, size, ease of cracking, and good flavour.

Storage: store in a cool dry place for up to six months.

Nutrition: Walnuts are high in magnesium important for bone health and turning food into energy, great in muesli or as a snack. Typically 100g provide: energy 940kj | protein 14.7g | carbohydrate 3.3g (of which sugars 2.6g) | fat 68.5g | fibre 3.5g
