Potash Farm
Gregg Wallace, Daily Mail - "One of my favourite producers, Potash Farm from my home county, Kent, has produced a deliciously decadent Chocolate and Kentish Cobnut Fudge. Not too sugary, the little crunchy pieces of nut with the soft fudge is a lovely combination of textures and flavours"Food and Travel Magazine - "Try Potash Farm’s new Toasted Kentish Cobnut Brittle. As with any great Brittle, it’s tooth-stickingly sweet and buttery, with the strong comforting flavour of Cobnuts."Featured in the Telegraph Magazine. - "The Potash Farm Rhubarb and Ginger Chutney with Kentish Cobnuts. Rich with fruit and slightly crunchy from the Cobnuts. Unlike any chutney I've had."Gregg Wallace, Telegraph Magazine - "Cobnuts are a type of hazelnut that, once dried, have a lovely sweet flavour... and they taste superb in this lovely, buttery Handmade Kentish Cobnut Shortbread from Potash Farm in Kent"Featured on ITV Ade In Britain, BBC The Hairy Bikers, and ITV The Hungry Sailors. - This exclusive Kentish Cobnut Oil is grown, pressed and packaged by one of Potash Farm’s neighbours. It is ideal for drizzling over salads, grilling fish or meat and suitable for flash frying or woking.SagaMagazine - "At last... nutcrackers that are user-friendly, touchy feely (made of wood), fit in the kitchen drawer and work. I'm not a fan of those big heavy metal ones... I usually end up hitting the nuts with them... so I'm thrilled with this teak and brass design"
