Handmade Kentish Cobnut and Ashmore Ancient Cheese Biscuits
This is the second of the handmade biscuits produced by Potash Farm. Alexander Hunt has carefully combined the subtleness of the flavour of the Potash Farm Kentish Cobnuts with the Ashmore Ancient Farmhouse Cheese that is made near Canterbury and is a strong Cheddar-style cheese. The two flavours make a perfect combination for this exclusive biscuit that can be enjoyed on its own as a canapé with aperitif, or with a glass of red wine / port or with cheese.
