This hamper basket is handmade with leather straps, using cane from overseas and measures 36cm (14 inches) long X 24cm (9.5 inches) wide X 12 cm (4.75 inches) depth. These utensils are made from Kentish hazel trees, which are hand harvested on a coppice cycle. Coppiced hazel is very fast growing and is a strong and light wood as well as being a renewable resource that promotes woodland wildlife.
